Each of the four Premiere sponsors will be highlighted in one of the four main stage sessions.

Premiere Sponsor Package includes:

Double booth premium location in exhibit hall

One full page color ad in program

On stage interview during one main session with Conclave emcee about the resources and opportunities your company offers to youth leaders and students. This interview will last 3-4 minutes and will be scheduled 10 -15 minutes into program so that room will be full.

Up to eight passes for your team to attend any sessions they choose.

One pre-session video highlighting your company in the main session you are recognized. Video can last up to 3 minutes.

If you like, you may provide a premium give-a-way to be awarded to a Conclave attendee during the main session you are recognized in. We would love for you to do this!!!

You will receive a mailing list of all churches attending Conclave 2009.

Promotional video for your company played on all screens at Jillian’s during our Friday night meal and party. Jillian’s is a restaurant / arcade / bowling alley at Discover Mills Mall. We have rented out the entire venue on Friday night and all Conclave attendees will visit Jillian’s for a free meal and fun!
